There are so many questions when it comes to baked goods. No question is too big or too small for me to answer, so feel free to reach out and ask whatever is on your mind.

What are your regular hours?There aren't any set hours. Send me an email or use my website for any inquiries, and I will get back to you.

How should I place an order?STEP 1 Fill out Get A Free Quote Form on my website and pick a time when you are available for a consultation STEP 2 I will contact you for a consultation to discuss the cakes and cookies you desire for your special occasion. In addition, we will send you an order confirmation and request a half-deposit. STEP 3 We will work on your custom cakes and cookies and delivery within 10 working days within the service areas.

How far in advance must I place my order?Most items need a minimum advance notice of 24 hours, other items need more time. Elaborately decorated, custom cakes require 2 weeks advance notice, and full prepayment.

Do I need to leave a deposit when I place an order, if so, how much do I need to leave?All orders require full payment at the time they are placed.

Can I schedule a tasting appointment for my cakes or cookies?No I don't offer tasting appointments you may browse my gallery to see my work on this website.

Where are the pricing list for catering items?I do not publish my pricing list on my website because each client is unique and each order is tailored to the client's specifications.

What are the payment methods accepted by Missy's Custom Cakes and Cookies?Venmo and Cashapp

Do you have any gluten-free items?No, sorry currently don't offer that.

What is your cancellation policy?I understand that unexpected circumstances arise, and you may need to cancel. For most orders, if cancelled more than 48 hours before delivery, you will receive a full refund. If the order is cancelled within 48 hours of the delivery, no refund shall be issued. Changes and cancellations must be done over the phone or in person. I do not accept changes via email. For fondant, tiered, and shaped cakes, I will not accept changes or cancellations within 2 weeks of delivery.
